Cold Drawn Products Ltd is one of the few precision section wire manufacturers in the world. We produce flat wire and special profile wires used in a wide range of different applications and industries.
We specialise in cold drawing, hot rolling and cold rolling. Working to tight tolerances our sections offer the precision of machining without the waste. Use of our wire in their process offers our customers considerable cost savings when compared to other manufacturing methods such as machining, fabrication or sintering.
Many of our customers are in industries which have traditionally used wire in their manufacturing processes for many years but we also have a wide range of customers with whom we have worked closely to evolve a specifically suited wire to replace the strip or sintered product they had previously purchased and thus eliminate the expensive machining processes they had previously had to do.
We make to order for our customers working to their precise specification, supplying in coil or cut lengths and using an extensive range of steels from the most basic to the most difficult to work including:
