Fastener Wire
CDP was founded on the production of wire for fasteners and has had experience of producing fastener wire for more than 40 years. We produce flat and trapezoidal wire in mild steel, carbon steel and stainless steel for a wide range of fastener applications, primarily in the Automotive Industry. Our sections are used in the manufacture of circlips, spring washers, nut strip, weld nut and pierce nuts.
Sizes
Up to approximately 150 mm2 cross sectional area, dependant on size.

Key Features
- High quality surface finish
- Radiussed corners on flat fastener wire can be a significant advantage over the use of sharp edged strip (which can cut through neighbouring materials)
